These Terms govern your use of the Huys Drieman e-boutique and any related features, content, or services (the “Services”). Our digital presence is hosted by Shopify Inc., providing the sophisticated technical platform that enables us to present our collections to you.

To engage with our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By initiating a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Our Creations

Each Huys Drieman piece is described and documented with meticulous care. While we strive for absolute photographic accuracy, slight variations in color, texture, or hand-feel may occur. Such nuances are inherent to the nature of artisanal luxury garments and are a testament to their unique character.

4. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., in instances of stock discrepancies, suspicion of unauthorized activity, or logistical restrictions). Should an order be unfulfilled, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise specified. Payment must be rendered in full at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment credentials provided are accurate and that you are authorized to utilize them.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We facilitate delivery within the Netherlands and to select international destinations. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs procedures, or unforeseen global circumstances. Ownership of the goods transfers to the client upon dispatch, following the receipt of full payment.

7. Returns & The Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Dutch and EU law, you are entitled to a 14-day reflection period (herroepingsrecht). Our full Return & Refund Policy, which is integrated into these Terms, details this right and the process for its exercise.

8. Intellectual Property

All content presented by the House — including designs, bespoke imagery, logos, text, and graphics — is the exclusive intellectual property of Huys Drieman. The reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of any such content is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Discretion

Your privacy is a cornerstone of our service. The collection and safeguarding of your information are detailed in our Privacy Policy, to which you consent by using our Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we take the utmost care in our operations, Huys Drieman shall not be held liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services.

  • Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural events, transportation disruptions).

  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
