The Huys Drieman Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges
At Huys Drieman, we are dedicated to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. If your selection is not entirely to your satisfaction, we invite you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, pristine condition: unworn, unused, with all signature tags attached, and housed in the original Huys Drieman packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Initiating a Return
To begin the process, please contact the House at contact@huysdrieman.com.
Once your request is authorized, we will provide a return shipping label along with bespoke instructions for your courier. Please be advised that items sent back to our studio without prior authorization cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Inspection & Condition
Upon arrival, each piece undergoes a meticulous quality inspection. We kindly ask that you examine your order immediately upon delivery. Should you discover any discrepancy, damage, or defect, please notify us at contact@huysdrieman.com so we may rectify the matter with the urgency it deserves.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To maintain our standards of hygiene and exclusivity, the following are considered Final Sale:

Bespoke & Personalized: Custom-made or personalized creations.

Beauty & Lifestyle: Fragrances, personal care items, or perishable goods.

Archive Sale: Items purchased as sale pieces or gift cards.
European Union: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For our clients within the European Union, you maintain the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt. The items must remain in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
