At Huys Drieman, every detail matters — from the precise stitching of a garment to the moment it arrives at your door. Our shipping experience is designed to ensure that your acquisition is delivered with the same care and refinement with which it was crafted.


Shipping Destinations

We facilitate delivery within the Netherlands and to selected international destinations. If you require clarification on delivery to a specific region, we invite you to contact us at contact@huysdrieman.com prior to placing your order.

Processing & Preparation

Each order is prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.

During the launch of limited collections or periods of exceptional demand, preparation may require additional time. In such instances, the House will keep you informed of your order's progress.

Delivery Timelines

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days following dispatch.

  • European Union: 3–7 business days following dispatch.

  • International (Outside EU): 5–14 business days, subject to local customs procedures.

Please note that delivery windows are estimates. While we strive for punctuality, Huys Drieman is not responsible for variations caused by customs, logistics strikes, or unforeseen external factors.


Shipping Investments & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at the point of checkout and displayed prior to final confirmation.

For international orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be levied by local authorities. These charges remain the exclusive responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Acquisition

Once your order has been dispatched from our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to follow the journey of your selection from our Maison to your door.

Ownership & Responsibility

Ownership of the goods passes to the client upon dispatch, following full receipt of payment. Responsibility for the shipment transfers upon successful delivery to the specified address.

Delays & Support

While we take every measure to ensure timely arrival, Huys Drieman cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities beyond our control.
